Install Zoho CRM Add-On

The Zoho CRM Add-On installing process is very simple, same to any other Add-On. To install the Zoho CRM Add-On go to Add-Ons menu and configure it.

Set Up an Application with your Zoho CRM account

To access the Zoho CRM api, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to Zoho Developer Console, click Add Client and select Server Web Applications.
  2. Enter "iform4u" in Client Name, enter yourdomain.com in Homepage Url and https://iform4u.com/iform/addons/zoho_crm/admin/authorized in Authorized Redirect URLs. Then, click the Create button.
  3. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret from newly created app and save below.
  4. In iform4u, go to Add-Ons > Zoho CRM > Global Settings and paste the Client ID and Client Secret. Save all.

Create a Sign-Up Form

To create a Form through the Form Builder you just need to drag and drop the fields your form needs.

Then, from the Zoho CRM Add-On interface you can select the fields that will collect the necessary information to send to Zoho CRM. For example, email, name, etc.

Now, to create a Sign-Up Form follow the next steps:

  1. Click the Set-Up a Form button
  2. Click the Authenticate button and enter your Zoho CRM username and Zoho CRM password to give permission to iform4u to access your Zoho CRM account.
  3. Finally, you need to map the form fields (iform4u) to the list fields (Zoho CRM module fields).
    • Name: Enter a configuration name to recognize this configuration in the system.
    • Select your Form
    • Select the Module: The module you want to add information to. It can be: Account, Contact, Lead or other
    • Click on Status: ON.
    • Select the Event that should be triggered to send the information to Zoho CRM
    • Choose if you want to "Insert Records" or "Insert / Update records"
  4. Map Fields:
    • Map a Form Field to a List Field (Zoho CRM Module Field): You need to map every list field with the "Required" label.
  5. Save the Form.
